What are the tests offered?
All type of tests can be booked through us. However, for specific package deals please click here to know more.

Do you have onsite facility?
Yes, we have diagnostic centers in our panel, who can offer onsite test facility. However we wish to state that only certain type of tests can be done onsite.

Can all the tests be conducted onsite?
No, not all the tests can be done onsite. For more details on the availability of onsite tests please call our helpline number in the contact us section.

Do you have online tool for booking appointment?
Yes we have an online tool which enables you to book an appointment. Please click here to know more

Can report be made available online?
Currently we do not provide report online, however we can email your reports to your email ID registered with us.

Do we need to carry check list before the test?
Yes you need to carry a specific check-list before the test. To know more details on the same, please call our helpline in the contact us section.

Do you provide second opinion?
No, we do not provide any second opinion.

Do you have Dr. on call or dietitian on call?
Currently we do not provide this service.

Do you provide emergency assistance like ambulance, hospital etc.?
Currently we do not provide this service.

Do you have 24 / 7 customer service support?
Our Customer support is between 9 am to 5 pm, on all week days, except Sundays and Public Holidays.

Do you provide counseling after tests?
No, we do not provide any counseling.

Do you provide organizational report and recommendation?
We can provide Organizational report and recommendation as part of our overall services. However, this will not be part of standard services.

What are the precautions one should take while visiting any lab?
Please carry your photo ID , letter or communication of appointment, fasting for 8 hours ( if you need to undergo fasting related tests) are some of the things that you need to remember before going to a Lab. For more details, please call our helpline for the same.

Process of selecting vendor?
We have a standard and stringent process of selecting a vendor. The parameters of such selection criteria may include 1) Location 2) Cleanliness 3) NABL accreditation 4) Availability of testing equipment etc – the parameters denoted here are note exhaustive but representative of what we do.

Do you blacklist any vendor?
Yes we do blacklist a vendor based on certain parameters.

Do you have home visits?
Yes we have Home Visits, subject to the type of tests to be conducted.

What is the process of any check-up?

What are you charges?

Do you have package rates?

Can individual pay online?
No, currently we do not have this facility.

Yes we have SMS facility to send you information on the booking of appointment, availability of reports.

Can you schedule the appointment?
Basis the terms of services agreed upon, we can schedule the appointment.

Whom can I complain in case of any service issue?

How can I refer your plan to anyone else?

What is EAP?
Employee Assistance Program (EAP), is an assistance through counselling on all the issues related to behavioural well being

Who can avail EAP?
Employee and his immediate family members can avail this facility

Is my data safe with you?
As a policy we do not share your data unless in critical situation, that too only with your family or corporate. Therefore your data is safe.

Who conducts the counseling session?
Trained professionals in behavioral psychology and experts from the similar field

How you maintain the call history?
We have highest security measures to maintain the confidentiality of our callers.

How do you alert incase of any critical call?
This can be informed to you once you are part of the program.

Can I visit the center?
You may not be able to visit center. However, if the is for a face-to-face counseling we would inform you which center to visit.

How many times can I call for assistance?
There is no limit for calling us

What time can I call for assistance?
This is 24 /7 service, feel free to contact us anytime

Do you have call back facility?
Yes

Which all locations are you available?
Our service can be accessed through phone from anywhere in India.

Do you have any web tool for assessment?
Currently we do not provide this service.

Do you provide any analysis to corporate?
Yes. Depending on the services signed with us.

Healthy Pregnancy Program

What is HPP?
HPP – Healthy Pregnancy Program , is a voice protocol based program which helps the mothers to be and the fathers to be to experience a Healthy Happy Pregnancy period, through Education, Guidance and Reassurance.

Who can enroll to HPP?
Any Pregnant women in the first trimester of her pregnancy or spouse of the pregnant women who is in the first trimester of the program can enroll into this program.

Do I need my company to sponsor this?
Not required , even individuals can purchase and enroll into this program

Can I gift this to anyone?
Currently the program is designed to allow the spouses to enroll on behalf of their wife – however we will shortly enable 'gifting' as part of the program.

What is the process for enrollment?
You can enroll yourself by registering on the online form (https://www.uhcindia.com/Healthy-Pregnancy/html/index.aspx)

What stage can I enroll?
It is highly recommended you join this program while you are in your 1st or 2nd trimester to gain maximum benefit of the program

What are benefit of the program?
Assistance to all your doubts and query just a phone call away. Keeps you vigil and aware of the dos and donts during the pregnancy leading to a healthy, happy pregnancy period.

Will you replace my consulting doctor?
No. This is in additional assistance for complimenting the advice and guidance that you receive from your doctor.

What locations are you available?
Our services can be availed from anywhere in India.

When can I reach you?
On working days between 9AM - 5PM except on Sundays and Public holiday.
